| I'm really undecided. A baby's cry drives me up the wall. Only thing is I'm the last one to carry on my name... My luck I'd have all girls since I been around electronics just about half my life now. |

kids can go suck a ! who has that kind of time!?
personally, i think i'm way too patient to be a good parent. i can't yell at children, let alone hit them, and sometimes [read: all the ing time!] that's what being a good parent requires. my dad was the same way. that ! i'll contribute to humanity through my work.
wouldn't consider having kids unless i had enough money to pay someone else to raise them :o . I feel bad for people who wan't kids and can't have them, but all of the people I've met (in their 40's or older) who've purposely chosen not to have children, look about 15 years younger than their age, have a load of energy & money, and are extremely active (i.e. flying from US to Europe on weekends to take part in cross-country bike tours, triathlons etc). |

A bit exaggerated; intentionally, I know. |
Eh, sometimes it's exaggerated, yeah. I think it's still super common though. Mandatory detention or punishment doled out by parents who suppose their children are out of control. I get kids being ing stress machines that just push you to the limit, but then there are still millions of parents who ing load their children up with the same chemicals they do their own failure adult bodies, then scream at them and beat them for acting out of line. Children are not just tiny adults; they don't understand.

I don't think I'd want to raise a child in this ed up day and age. Dno if I'd want to leave him/her with a pile of bigger than what we're facing worldwide atm
That and I don't want to look 60 years old when I'm 35 |

The kids with these issues were still there, they were just blown off as problem children, their issues attributed to other factors (inaccurately). They weren't perfectly fine, they were just overlooked. |
That's possible, but speculative. You have no evidence-only supposition.

Yeah, I'm gonna just go ahead and let that one speak for itself. |

I'm probably missing something relating to smallpox there, but my point is that just because they didn't have a treatment at a given time, that doesn't mean any given condiition/disease didn't exist at that time. |

| ^yeah but just because you medicate/treat 'something' doesn't mean that something actually exists either |
|

| You're right, mental diseases are unable to be scientifically proven, so they must not exist. |
