Depends how bad the sound is. If it's awful then that's enough to keep me away. I've never actually been to The Hoxton, just speaking generally.

A sure sign that I'm getting on in age: I'm more interested in the technology lectures they're giving at this than the actual nights themselves.

Going off what's been popping up on facebook and twitter, it seems that the 'lecture' part of this tour is nothing more then a glorified Traktor demo. Which is awesome if that's what you're looking for, but I was kinda hoping it was more of an open discussion about electronica, technology, and whatever else comes up. :(

Their show tonight had to be cancelled because of the storm, but they're live streaming sets from their hotel as of 11pm.

We will be using the ALIENINFLUX SOUNDSYSTEM for the
party here in Tornto.

Hoxtons should sound great :)

That's a shame it's only a traktor demo.. As you said, it would have been more interesting to get the artists' thoughts on other (more important) aspects of electronic music.

Can you post the info you've found about the Toronto lecture please?
LightsOut
I don't have any info on the Toronto lecture, other then that's its happening during the day before the show. Just saw a bunch of tweets/pics from the lecture last night in Buffalo and it seemed like a Traktor Q&A more then anything else.

Hmm I see. Hopefully we get a little bit more than that when they swing through Toronto.
