To/From hotel or To/From airport?
How far is your hotel? Sometimes its pretty close to walk...taxi is usually a flat rate. 40 or 50 pesos. |

airport to hotel RT. my hotel is centrally located in Playa so i can walk to the clubs. |

It depends. If it's just you and another person, a taxi should be fine. At the airport @ Cancun, you will see a grip of services, taxis and otherwise, right before the exit outside. Just be aware that most taxis are small cars similar to the size of Sentras and Corollas.
If there's more people or lots of luggage, check with a service that will provide a van. We do a van cause there is 4 of us which includes 4 backpacks/carry-ons and 4 large suitcases. It's $78usd each way, but that's good for up to 6 people.

Airport Transfer Reservation Link
I used this service last year and was completely satisfied. They wait for you outside the exit of the terminal with a sign with your name on it. On the way back they pick you up approximately 3 hours before your flight takes off. PayPal transaction and you will get a confirmation email roughly about 24hrs later with pretty much these same instructions. |

How many days are you there for? How many people are you with? We rented a car. It was about the same price as paying for transportation to/from Playa Del Carmen. Airport to Playa Del Carmen is about a 30-40 minute drive. |

i'm only there 4 days/3 nights and just partying, no sightseeing... so taxi/car service is fine i think. |

| I booked a group transport to/from cancun airport for $40 round trip to any PDC hotel via expedia. They use Best Day travel, which was $5 cheaper on expedia than on the best day website. |
