Thanks for the heads up. I ended up buying a VIP wristband to cover my basis. Just want to map out my time there!

The 7-day pass is the way to go imo. I did it last year and it proved invaluable when it gives you the opportunity to party hop, literally, like all night if you want. I should clarify a little bit though. By party hopping, I mean checking out different DJ's at 2 different venues because unlike WMC, there are only 2 or 3 gigs going on each night. One of last year's example: Started at 1st club for Wolf & Lamb, bounced to M_nus party for Gaiser, back to 1st club for Soul Clap, back to M_nus party to close out the morning with Hawtin. The clubs were only a few blocks apart.
With every party being ticketed in 2013 (last year had 1 or 2 free daytime parties), it makes even more sense. I scooped it up again. I feel ya! January can't come soon enough!

There were no open bar ticketing options last year; however, at some places bottle service started at $120. To the best of my knowledge, there won't be any open bar options this year, either. |

we booked through Expedia. Flying United Non-Stop and staying at the Be Playa Hotel. We specifically chose that place as it's a little closer to where all the clubs are. We spent about $2K for both flight and hotel. We're also going to invest in buying that all access pass that the veterans above have been mentioning. Just need to wait for the next paycheck on that one. |

If you're there for just those days, the 7 day band may not be worth it. It could be cheaper to just buy individual tix to the parties you want to go to. You should be able go in/out once you get the band for the party you have tix for. If money is not a concern, then go for the VIP bands.
tip: buy your tix in advance online or by Kool beach (where most day parties are). that's better than buyin at door.

Tell me about it. We were actually going to go to Thailand in late December for a friends wedding but couldn't get the time off approved. So I gave my boss . Told him that he owed me.

| non stop from lax? I have found no non stop flights for anytime during BPM. They all stop in houston or some place else |
