I never said they were not popular, I said they got more popular after Kanye. Daft Punk was big within the cheese Euro scene, with Aqua, they are a joke to people who know music.
Can you name me their past accomplishments please, because I would like to hear them. Also let us see how many accolades occurred after Kanye sampled them, & they became known as "EDM. Because before that they had not done a show in 10 years, the last time you heard them was when they were doing cheesy Euro like "Around The World', & "1 More Time" next to Aqua.
