So far only techno has me interested in this year's ezoo.. but in general phase 1 and phase 2 reveals suck big time...
No trance? come on... I'm not even holding my breath any more. Last time I bought ezoo ticket. Next year that money is going towards Luminosity.
ok, there is Markus, Mat Zo, Armin, A&B... but these guy will be playing cookie cutter festival sets because they're all all over the place, spread out over three days...
IF made event put them all maybe in one tent on one day under some kind of Trance Day banner we could get some trance out of these guys. The idea is not that far fetched, is it? |

after 5 years of ezoo i think their name and brand has grown so big that they shouldnt have any problem taking a chance on booking guys from say the luminosity festival and still draw a pretty big crowd
past year alone alot of really good trance acts have came to nyc and the parties have done well
made event has alot of balls to charge 400 bucks for such a crap line-up |

| Last year there was ASOT stage at EDC NY and Group Therapy at Zoo, now the prices go up and there is neither stage at either festival. Wtf is happening |

Dixon was #3 on RA Top 100 this year. I don't know much about him but he's popular. |

Dixon is good, not sure about headlining good. I think he backed his way into that spot because Made has limited Sunday School artists to pick from. They completely have let the techno, tech house, deep house scene slip by. Made is just completely outclassed by Ultra and EDC, and now Tomorrowworld. |

I personally think Dixon is incredible. His set last year at Ezoo was top 3 of the entire weekend imo. I'm excited to see him.
I just don't understand all you guys talking about this lineup like it's complete.
You on EDC because they released their lineup like 3 weeks before the show, and now you're ting on Ezoo for releasing 2 phases (when by my count they still have like 80 more DJs to announce) 4 months before the show.

I think most people were expecting sick showcase tents each night, not just Sunday. Friday and Saturday are not very exciting and I don't expect it to get much more exciting with the additional DJs. Yeah 75 more DJs will be announced but most of them will be for the ty yolo showcase tents. |

I agree with you for sure, but... until we know who they have booked it's just all speculation.
We know what EDC has so we know who ISN'T coming for sure already. I think that should help us figure out who else they could book. Most of the mainstream crap seems to have been weeded out already on the Mainstages. |
