yeah dj sets were being interrupted on Saturday all day, weren't on Friday...
Apparently, not sure if it was mentioned here already, one of the people died on Friday and the other on Saturday.. One death per day, city panicked and told ME to shut it down. |

| I'd be very curious to see the tox screen of the deceased. I may be mistaken, but don't a lot of these research chemicals break down into the same metabolites? If so its gonna be nearly impossible to ever find out exactly what they were on. |

That's completely false.
Seretonin syndrome -> hyperthermia -> seizures -> renal failure -> coma -> death
Granted the ld50 is certainly higher than a lot of the "bad pills" going around, but it is entirely possible to OD on MDMA |

Unless youre mixing with other drugs, you have to take a very large dose of MDMA to get SS. Most of these deaths are from hyperthermia and not having enough fluids, or having too much water without any electrolytes (Hyponatremia). |

I know man I'm a pharmacist lol I was just making a simplistic rebuttal to the false statement that mdma is like weed in that its impossible to od.
On one of my rotations on a psych ward my preceptor asked me to council this 17 year old kid who had come in on a 3-4 week (self reported) daily "Molly" binge. I asked him if he drank water (cuz lets be real, with a habit like that and at that age, it's more important to focus on risk mitigation and not abstinence). He told me, "yeah like 4 or 5 of those 1.5L bottles everytime I roll"

So I counciled him that it was retarded to do that amongst other things he was doing that were stupid...wonder what ever ended up happenening to that kid... |
