I wouldn't mind if they expanded the grounds to bring quality names. But I have a pretty good feeling that's not gonna happen. There's enough yolo to go around son.
Exactly.

Markus didn't spin at EZ but had an afterparty. Same for JOC and Aly & Fila.
I can't see why it really matters if they spin the festival or the afterparty. They all still did an event for Insomniac and an event for Made Event within the same year. Just doesn't make sense to me.
I think AY STAR should definitely be doing the lineup for EZ tho haha
Also not that anyone cares but Dash Berlin posted on his pages he's doing EDC NY..

what IS that dance?! At Roseland for A&B it honestly felt in the back like every single time I started dancing I was getting pushed to the outside of a dance circle with 1 guy in the middle shuffling and everyone just watching.

So if these alleged festival exclusive contracts exists, which, other than what seemed to be apparent with the whole ATB thing last year, I haven't seen any proof of and still don't believe it, then that means Anjuna won't be at E-Zoo.
They do exist and are pretty standard these days. The popular clause stipulates stuff like, "you can't play an event within the tristate area for the next 4 months with 10,000 or more attendants", in so many words.
Aggressive contracts like these are the way Insomniac has spread like wildfire around most of the U.S.. They built a reputation large enough to go into different cities and book the biggest artists to deals that would handicap local promoters from being able to book them, for better or worse..

I can only see this as a "for worse" scenario. I think it's really just pretty lame. Should just change the name of EDM to ATM. Same these days.
