and how can transa be "fake" ? you know, those thousands of pressed records arent real, just a figment of my imagination

oh ya and i dont see how st pete got signed with perfecto records if you claim he is so terrible :P

but judgeing from most reviews looks like this party could have been better :(

well I mean grown man are you ussually also attracted to women as well as music are they not? it maybe different in your case!

transa was fake performing! no one is doubting their productions some of them are good mostly older ones to me at least!

because he plays epic now that's why he got signed on!

well you weren't there so you are not really able to judge it r u?

Openly slagging these people like that is very bold of you. I would like to see you do it to their faces and not from your parents basement. If you have anything more to say about these people, I invite you to come see them in person. I'll be there, and very interested to hear what you have to say. These are people I know and are friends of mine. We'll all be together for the opening night of Klinik this Friday. Come early, I'll buy you a drink. Cheers.....

oh and BTW do you honestly think I am gonna lie through my teeth of what I experienced last night? I am giving an honest opinion of what I thought of the party!

oh and the whole deal with adaptor was B.S. and total lack of preparation on the part of the promoters and the performers (i.e. Transa)

Just so you know, PH has nothing to do with id at the door. That's run by a security company that is outsourced from the niteclub.

yeah but if the cops walk in I bet you PH would get the fine? so why aren't they controlling the entrance?

good point!

spoken like a true wanker.... if you had half a clue as what actually goes on or what actually happened last night, I would entertain a conversation with you. You're just spouting bull and opinion that obviously comes from a naive and inexperienced little boy. The most disheartening aspect of your idiocy, is that it is available for others (who may not know better) to read. Now type away young boy, spread some more or your bs..... but I challenge you come talk face to face (I'm of course not threatening you.... I just don't think you have the balls). Private message me if you like and we'll all get together....

PH would not get the fine... so how is that a good point??? You should do some research before you say things like that people!!!

dude, once you grow up u will know
I just wanted to say
that when you dance it is nice to see some nice looking girl dancing next to you for better vibe, but not some kid - candy raver - who does not a about real music.....

fake transa - well they did not even play it live, all songs were
prerecorded on the HD...

I just cant believe the bull that is being spread around by a few very uninformed individuals.

this is how parties get bad reputations when they dont deserve it
this is how message boards get fouled. Ive seen 4 toronto message boards grow to this size and die cause its a few morons who start a war in every thread, by teaching all of us who read how it really is in club/rave land.

blah

REMEMBER PEOPLE THE STUFF YOU READ ON MESSAGE BOARDS IS 20% FACT AND 80% BULL UN-INFORMED OPINION

---KNOW THY SOURCE!!!---

JUST to clear a couple things up

purple would not get a fine at all if underagers were let in!
thats obsurd!

(the underagers may have come in after 2am)

as far as live pa is concerned
when was the last time you saw a real 100% live pa?

sure this one was a bit on the fake side, but who cares how the music is delivered, you saw transa. you dont get to see transa everyday.

WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!!
What is it with everyone? Everyone go to their corners and take a time out!

Now, about the party-
I had a great time, socializing with everyone, & enjoying the tunes. I don't care what any of you guys say about St.Pete, he is awesome! He's spinning all the tracks all the 'big name DJ's' we love so much on this board are playing. Why is it 'cheese' when he plays it? (If u want to experience a PURE cheese set, check out someone like Micro one day- then you'll know the meaning of the word). I wish that guy all the luck with his project, Mach747. Overall, I enjoyed the music. Any time we tried to leave, another good track would come on.

Transa- nice guys, but performance-wise: eh. Not much of a 'live' performance. In talking with them, they were aware that people were upset that it wasn't a 2-hr set, but they said they only play 1 hour sets, and it was a misprint on the flyer.

Crowd- maybe I was too busy noticing the older people in the crowd to notice the younger looking ones, but I didn't see anyone who looked 15. They advertised a 19+ event, and I don't think they'd risk their liquor license by allowing in a bunch of underagers without a pre-arranged 19+ area, with the club owner standing at the front door all night. But maybe I had my head up my ass....? I met/ hung out with a lot of TA's, & met some really fun people otherwise.

Power problems- they ended up wiring their equipment on their own, despite my success in finding them a power source. They just wanted it as backup, just in case.

Shout outs to everyone I hung out with- High Spirit, Han Solo, Sooper, Mecha, Trancekitten, TranceArmada, E-master, Boy Trance, J-Damage, & Durafei. (am I missing anyone?)

Quote of the night by Sooper: "Do u know how smell you good?"
LMFAO!
:haha: :haha: :haha:

FYI, the club gets charged by the LLBO if there are underage people drinking in a club - they risk their liquor license (and that's obviously their lifeline, so they don't screw with it). These charges would have nothing to do with a promoter or anyone but the holder of the license...
