To continue my series of obscure similarities in songs, here's a next one:
Recondite - Caldera [2014]
Jonathan Kaspar - 1993 [2025]
Titanium
Airwave - Alone in the Dark 1999
Sasha rates this guy high below he just copied Airwave
Franky Wah - Get Me High (Official Audio)

I'm gonna take your word for it. That producer took inspiration and then made a track under a different genre. Wow.

Out of the Blue must've been a huge breakthrough in trance in '98.

Wow, it's basically a remix?
There's discussion about Green Court releasing Moonflight before Out Of The Blue in 1998, although Twan seems to confirm Out Of The Blue came out first based on the similarities of both tracks.
The reason everyone knows Out Of The Blue and nobody remembers these duff sound-a-likes is because Ferry Corsten could actually write a tune worth whistling in the shower.

Yeah, I'm sure there's a lot more lesser known records inspired by Ferry that got lost in time over the years (but it doesn't hurt to discover them).

Mauro Picotto - Ayala [2016]
is reincarnated in a Keinemusik'ish jazzy version in: Yunus Güvenen - Tresor [2026]
