Mate, you're 27, and your post is a complete non-sequitur. There are some seriously broken minds on this forum.
i think he was just throwing out some general life advice. agreed it's kinda random in this thread but i get what he's saying

when you hit your late 20s early 30s you're dialed into a career path/ready to pop a ring on some long term relationship. would be the standard cookie cutter "life" that most have, certainly can vary for others, but id say thats fair assessment for most.

its a lot harder to explore/learn and try different as you get older, much easier when you're young to around and do dumb

That is capitalist propaganda and there is no place for it in this thread. Opportunity is a right. Ageism is discrimination, I only hate old peope because they smell bad.

what is the alternative ? live like a nomad ? is it really capitalism when this is bordering on a philosophical discussion of what life means to some people

That's the kind of people in their late 20s think because they're finally earning a decent packet and they no longer get wrecked three nights a week. Meanwhile they've barely lived a third of their lives. I've heard so many people in their 40s or 50s talk about how they totally changed careers or partners or lifestyles in their middle age. From the people I've met, having kids and a marriage eats up most of their 30s and early 40s and they think their life is done and dusted. Then the kids leave home and the radical upheaval often kicks in.

Yes like Jesus children sharing food and drugs and killing robots.

Sorry, but I'm calling bull.

My uncle ed around with different jobs until he was about 40 then started his own business and in the next 20 years became a millionaire. He lost it all in the recession and started again at 58 in a completely different career/field and now he's wealthy again.

My life was on a path of working fine, decently paid but ultimately somewhat dead-end jobs until my mid-late 20's when we tried to buy a house, it fell through so my other half said this place, lets move somewhere else.

I went from squeezing myself on the tube each morning to go work in a tiny office in central london, to working on all the blockbuster movies for one of the most famous film score composers within in the period of one year.

I couldn't have ever imagined I'd be where I'm at now. My life as I now it started after my 20's.

I actually found it easier to do it when you're older becuase you have a ing clue what you're actually doing and some experience and more valuable skills to rely on.

You can change anything you want, any time you want. Sure, it's more difficult if you have kids but I know plenty of people that have completely changed their lives with an entire family in tow.

Has anything ever not happened to you, RANN?

I dunno, I think some people live way more interesting lives than me. Jack goes out clubbing more than I did in my peak and has some nights I'm straight up jealous of. And somehow he still finds times for epic hikes and runs.

My norwegian and scandinavian TA brethren seem to always be in some sort of race setting which looks amazing, that is when they're not in cabins in quinetsssentially
picturesque nature.

Lira seems to travel a ton and when he's not doing that he's in the midst of some strike/semi revolution where his Uni is the only thing left standing.

Stubert goes missing for weeks (with zero explanation may I add) and takes some of the best wildlife pictures I see, and somehow survives it all in country where everything wants to kill you and the first language is basically screaming for your life.

I could go on but I have a pretty mundane existence compared to some on here.
