| It is difficult NOT to link the two things, in my perspective. I know that anxiety and mood disorders have a huge catecholamine component, but there are proven ways of managing your thoughts (CBTCBTCBTCBT) to help minimize the negative effects of said neurotransmitters. |

I agree with what you are saying, and I understand. I just meant that, in this specific instance in this thread, they were 2 totally separate conversations/lines of thought that somehow merged around "confidence" and "obtaining confidence via exercise". So, in this particular instance, the two got conflated when I was discussing them separately.
I'm not being intentional ignorant, argumentative, or belligerent in any way. I also don't expect anyone here to actually have a solution. I was simply being honest, in a COR thread of all places, about myself. I never expected anyone to chime in with any actual solutions or fixes. In mine time here, I have found that by being honest and respectful, people have mostly accepted me for who I am, flaws/warts and all. I made some comments that elicited further comments, and I am honest person, so I replied honestly. Maybe I gave the impression that I expected some sort of practical/useful advice, and if that is the case then I apologize. People could reply with advice or "jesus, you are ed up man, how do you live with yourself?!" and I would respond the same: as honestly and respectfully as possible. |

No clue. I'm so ashamed of my appearance, I only disrobe completely in the dark, now.
But, since Ted Promo has invited me to chair his local gangbang meetups, I plan to come out of my shell. Then COME OUT OF MY SHELL.

| We foster miniature Dachshunds for TN Dachshund Rescue from time to time. We have a 10 y/o female now whose prior owners moved, and when they did, abandoned her in the parking lot of their apartment complex. I have an old queen mattress laying on the rock floor in our living room, where I sleep next to the dog. Speaking of anxiety issues, she really has some. I'm the only person she will allow to reach down and pick her up. Some nights I sleep fairly well on that old n busted cum stained mattress. Last night was not one of those nights, unfortunately. But, it's 2PM local and I get to clock out at 3 PM and "leave work" - that is, walk from the bedroom where my home office is, currently, and migrate to the loveseat in the living room. |
