w00t, bought tickets to go see Amelie Lens a couple of weeks from now. It'll probably be my last time clubbing in Seoul before I go back home, so I hope it'll be worth it.

Alas, at least I can always look forward to bidding farewell to the locals.
Clubbing in Seoul has been interesting, to say the least. I was used to not being spoken to and just blending with the background most of the time when I went dancing back home, but here I've been invited to play football by randoms, approached by students who just wanted to see how far their English would get them in a real life conversation, had pictures snapped with people who wanted to show friends they saw a lumberjack-looking foreigner or something...
I will miss it here :) |

Yes Lira, we're still talking about snowboarding (and skiing)! Do you have any pics?? My local "mountain" is probably the best thing going in Ontario; however, this year's winter has made for really varied conditions moreso than ever. Beautiful views of Georgian Bay from the top though! I'll snap some pics next time I'm out!
In other news, I just found out Ben UFO is playing all night at some smaller venue here in a couple weeks and tix are already sold out. WAHHH. I messaged the promoters to see if they could spare 1 or 2 tix. 🤞🏼🤞🏼 |
