Haven't had a drink in 2023 and have lost 14 pounds. Aiming for 100 (nights without drinking that is).
Good for the mind and body but bad for spontaneous Friday night fun  |

a step better than me. i've cut out drinking 4 beers a day and I'm sitting like 15lbs lighter on average. still drink like every third or fourth day though but *TRY* to cap it at two beers. good luck on the 100, that is unheard of |

It's about 01:00 and in about an hour I need to pick up our 16 year old daughter at a club where they have a Carnaval party. It's the first time she went out to a real club, not that there are many left thanks to festivals, but at least she's able to go and have some fun now.
Carnaval to me probably mainly will be acting like a taxi-driver as she has some more plans for the coming days.:toothless |

From what i listened to thus far, it is indeed worthy of helicopter spins as well and will give full play through today |
