Nice idea for a thread.

I always wondered what "Der Scheiber" means... Maybe a German TA can help out...

*Thrillseekers - Synaesthesia

A condition in which one type of stimulation evokes the sensation of another, as when the hearing of a sound produces the visualization of a color

a beautiful and such a fitting name for a trance tune :)

*BT & PvD - Namistai

It's a Sanskrit word that means "I bow to the divine in you." It is a greeting, a welcome, an invitation to communicate.

Kamaya Painters - Cryptomnesia

Cryptomnesia is, literally, hidden memory. The term is used to explain the origin of experiences that people believe to be original but which are actually based on memories of events they've forgotten.

Veracocha is something indian... I heard Ferry explain this once on interview he did prior to Hyperstate 00...can't remember wxactly what it was tho.Der Schieber means literally "the pusher",as in somebody who pushes something.I suspect that it has a slightly different meaning than that, tho.More here:

Arrakis - Medusa Pt.1

A Medusa is a fantasy creature from greek mythology. It's a giant, vile head with fangs and snakes for hair.It is said that anyone who looked straight into the Medusa's eyes would turn to stone cos of it's terrifying look.

John Starlight - Blood Angels

The Blood Angels are one of the armies in the strategy board game Warhammer 40,000.John Starlight made this tune for Maral Salmassi's concept label Art Of Perception, whose releases are a form of soundtrack to the game itself.
