The more I think about it, the more I think AvB's show was great....
Yes, there were limited TAs, lots of interesting people, but the vibe was SO positive and AvB played an amazing set (the last 2 hours were FANTASTIC!).
Immagine having AvB @ Viva!!?!?!??! WOAH!!
Overall, I give the night 3 thumbs up! |

What an amazing party! Steve Lawler blew me away, which was expected as his set last May was my favourite set of the whole year. Gotta love that playful, funky, dirty, tribal, housy , whatever you wanna call it. Too bad there wasn't enough room to dance to it properly.
Armin's set initially bored me to be honest (some good stuff mixed with some fillers), but he really picked it up and the last two hours were absolutely amazing.
Nice vibe in the kool haus all night (partly cuz I knew so many damn people there!).
Oh, I went to the Guv at around 7:00 to check out Peter Rauhofer as I had heard good things about him. Great music for the 10 minutes I lasted, but the muscle scene was just too much for me and I had no legs left to dance to the jumpy beats.
Shout outs to Time2burn (cool chilling with you buddy), liquidchick (you disappeared!), Malice, Swamper, Trancewave, and of course my bud High Spirit. Cool to meet Hardcore Trancer, Desidel, Charmscars, and her boy Matt (RyanMarcus, I think).

Here's my late review:
Ok, i liked how they set-up the Kool Haus this time... nice little change for once. As for sets, missed most of Lawlers set since I was in the orange room for a good portion of the night, and was blown away... that was probably one of Dilinja's better sets in recent years, less rewinds and -ups, so i was happy. The only problem i had is the sound... holy it was too loud, i could notice the difference in my hearing after i left that room. Another plus was meeting up with TA's that were up for the beats... that's was fun!
Back to the kool haus and AVB just came on... this is the only dj that could bring a ton of energy just by standing there... i can't remember how many "Armin" chants happend through out his set... he must love us here after that! Now, for his set... I liked this set alot, but i thought it wasn't as good as some of the sets that i'm used to by him... still left me satisfied enough though. Tune of the night from Armin... Three Drives - Air Traffic.
This nights was great... not to many ppl, so there was room to dance, but the only problem i had was that there was way to many "... ......" there. I would say that that's our scene, but there was way more than usual because of dj's in the Guv. I just stayed away from the Guv, and pretty much ignored what i didn't want to see. Other than that the vibe was really good.
