I have been a long time fan of both these amazing DJs and was really surprised to read that they had a feud brewing between themselves. I guess it should make sense that they are at odds since they are both major DJs in a very, very competitive music industry and it’s an axiom of life that egos of this magnitude will inexorably collide. These DJs have reputations and labels worth millions of dollars that suffer from any criticism directed at them or their mixing and producing talent and they have a right to fight back and protect their interests.
However, I think, especially in the electronic music industry where the music is based on and produced to increase peace, love, and understanding, this squabble can only hurt all of those involved. The DJs risk being branded arrogant, cocky, and tainted by derision. And the fans suffer as well; for it’s typical fans, whether listening to their music at home or out hearing the DJs spin at a club, who listen to their music to escape from the endless bull in their lives and the world, who now can’t listen to their music in peace without associating it with bad blood as well.
So, if the parties in question happen to come across and read this post remember you’re job is not to stir up hate, but peace. Leave “the beef” to the rappers and just concentrate your energy on providing your fans with a good time. |

same here..acording to www.paulvandyk.com he never played a ATB track in his livesets but ATB played a some paul van dyk tracks in a few livesets.......but i still think that paul van dyk is better then ATB. |
