| i loved the new james bond movie, only downside was how it kinda dragged a bit at the end. i thought it was the best bond movie ive seen for ages, i think it was a lot better as a movie in general compared to the big action scenes and stuff of the last couple. |

I liked the new Bond movie too, although predictable, had some cool stunts especially at the start of the film.
I think Daniel Craig did a very good job as 007, movie was a laugh.
Before the movie started saw a few previews that already cant wait to watch:
this new Will Smith movie, looks like a good emotional type movie + its based on a true story.
new Leo Di Caprio movie called Blood Diamond or something like that + the new Mel Gibson one Apocolypto looks interesting.
hahaha saw the preview of the new Rocky movie.....
WHAT A LAUGH........i couldnt stop laughing at it.
:stongue: :stongue: :stongue:
also ive noticed there are 2 many fkn commericals (gay ones especially) when it always used to just show majority of movie previews.
:tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3 |

Saw Marie Antoinette last night, there is some historical accuracy (although it's very a minor part of the film) except for the final scene, which I can't explain without spoiling.
Sofia Coppola has 'indie-rock'd' the movie which makes it a lot more interesting to watch, and also gone against the stereotype of Marie Antoinette I've seen in previous films. Strong cast too :) |

Saw Blood Diamond last week. A very confronting movie with loads of violence but very enjoyable. Leo is definitely back!
A great way to spread the word about conflict Diamonds and the struggles that the people of Sierra Leone have been through. |

Blood diamond is a fantastic movie, but not one i'd call enjoyable. Although it's fiction, the setting is recent which makes the violence in the movie that much more confronting imo.
Issues of western exploitation and the tragedy of child soldiers shooting up each other made it a learning experience. Very powerful and I found myself caring about a country that i had never seriously thought about before.
Leo and Djimon Hounsou's performances are brilliant |
