no!no!no! when he goes into chris liebing material..thats when i lose interest.

not necessarily armin style..im talking about proper vandyk trance of 98/99. driving but trancey and not hard trance like he plays these days

I love pvds sets, there ing nuts. His mixing ability blows everyone away as well

But his productions are garbage, never have and never will like most of his stuff. he has some very chillin old songs , but compared to the dutch guys he reaks in the production department

that is why paul is the best dj at the moment, and not the fluffy dj that armin is...

I've seen Paul play four hard trance productions in 3 years:

Junk Project - Green Series (A1)
Scot Project - O and U
Lars Palmas - The Real Penetrator

And that's in 3 years. How the hell can you complain that he plays too much hard trance nowadays? :wtf: And the reason I still enjoy Paul's sets is that unlike the fluff overloaded e sets of the likes of Armin and all his wannabe clones, Paul's sets actually have some bite and edge to them, not to mention variety. Plus of course the fact that he mixes better than all of em, reworks or not.

Actually Tiesto has a great album in Just Be imo, while PvD hasn't a made a good song since Angel. As for him making people dance I think every dj should be able to do that otherwise they would get laughed at ;)

no argument with him being the best mixer out of all of them...hes one of the best technically (up there with sasha imo.)..but last time i saw him he played this:

16. Nick Lumm & YOMC pres Tecno Punx - Energize (Paul van Dyk Re-Edit)

no excuse for playing nukleuz stuff these days.

Yea I forgot that one, pure e it is indeed. Luckily he's never played it when I've seen him.

Wait a sec, didn't Blank & Jones produce "Summer Sun"? In that tracklisting, it says 4 Strings made it. Or are there 2 tracks called Summer Sun? 'Cus the one I've heard sounds exactly like something Blank & Jones would produce.

I dunno. Someone clarify please?
