The wierdest things happen to me... (pg. 4)

Well since we're on the topic of weird things, I'll share something that happened yesterday.
I was looking at a site on ghosts...got a link to it from the humor/cool sites forum, and basically not believing any of it. About a half hour later I started going through some loops I had made, looking for some superb ones to slice up with Recycle. I should add that this is necessary to adjust tempos smoothly, but it makes for very boring work. In short, after a few loops I was starting to zone out. I open the dialog box again to search for more good loops, and as I'm listening to a particularly good one that I had forgotten about, I get this randomly placed distortion come through the headphones. It sounded like it was being overdriven, plus the volume was being pushed up all the way. If you were to take a deep man's voice and apply the same distortion technique, it'd sound like an evil voice you'd hear in a movie. Needless to say, after being zoned-out it scared the crap out of me. Ripped the phones off my head, lowered the volume, and tried again...same deal. Restarted my apps, tried again. Worked fine, so I turned up the volume again. Started zoning out, then it hit again.
It's never happened before, it hasn't happened again, and I have no idea what could have caused it. |

HHAHAHA! I've never liked shrooms (they tasted like YUCK, and I didn't trip at all), but I don't like driving while taking any halluc. drugs. Yeesh. I'm a bad enough driver as it is.
OH COME ON EVERYONE- has NOONE ever had crazy strange luck?
Or is it just me? |

Tha's pretty eerie, man.
How about this... I am fairly certain that my house is haunted.
I mean, it's been rumored forEVER in this community, but I'd like to think that I havn't let those notions influence my opinions on some of the happenings around here.
Oh, and by the way, it's my great uncle, he lived in this house until he passed away. He lived here with my great grandmother and grandfather on their rice farm. Apparently, they weren't so nice to him all of the time.
I don't worry much, though. I was never mean to him. |

Once every hour, on the hour, I hear something that sounds like a cross between a crying baby and a yowling cat. It's kinda freaky, and nobody else notices.

Oh, well, stuff happens here.
Attic door opens. (it's got a brace on it to secure it shut).
Other random doors open and close.
I get that weird "feels like someone is standing behind me, watching over my shoulder but there's really noone there" feeling.
Um, oh, yeah. And my screen door locks itself.

Why would I take offense of some stranger's random comment on the internet? It's not highly likely that I would. As for the painkiller comment; I thought it was stupid.

you know if you ever get that weird feeling that something or someone is looking at you (ex: you're taking a leak in the bathroom and suddenly u get this urge to look back because u feel ur being watch and no1 is there and u get the goosebumps) then a spirit is actually present....anything u feel happens for a reason ya know........ |

I have a weird habit of turning lights on or off just by walking near them (unplugging them and plugging them back in usually resets them properly). It's happened to me as long as I can remember, usually about once a week, so I hardly notice it these days.
Other than that, I can't say that I've had any similar experiences. |

Sure. I've actually felt him walking past me before. Kinda brushed past my shoulder, as if he was walking by.
Freakin weird. I mean, I'm clumsy and stumble all of the time. But, this was different. |

OOH, back to my crazy .
This one, I'm not so proud of, but it's freaking funny when I look back and think about it.
(I had a boyfriend that I lived with for 2.5 years. And, he made me CRAZY. Lying about bull, and stupid like that)
One night, I found out that he had lied to me about something. Unfortunately, I found out when I was totally 3 sheets to the wind hammered.
I got home, and started yelling and screaming. We fought. I pushed him, he pushed me, i punched him, he punched me.
I broke a vase, and some other , and he tackled me and called the cops. HAHAHAAH.
Here's the weird part. I was NAKED> BAHAHAHAHAHHA! I had gone home, snot-slingin drunk, and pissed off. I was about to get into the shower, and I saw his dirty boxers on the floor, and the damn cap wasn't on the toothpaste. I went ballistic.
So, here I am. naked. On the floor. Pinnned down.
I just said... damnit, if I'm going to jail, can I at least get dressed, you ******?
I didn't go to jail. I spent the night at a friend's house, and went home the next morning. We made up the next night. |
