they were the most powerful country back then and they conquered certain profitable (english word?) economic points, like Cape Town and Indonesia to obtain a better economy. (see the similarities with the US?)
They had more power then Great Britain and Spain at the time, and those countries were also very strong back then |

So go somewhere else.
I'd gladly pull the trigger on anyone who condones or even stands by and allows something like the Nick Berg incident to happen. If you wouldn't, you're a ing coward. |
So let me get this straight. Your solution to not allowing such isolated incidents to happen again is nuking the whole Middle East and obliterating 1/6 of the world's population?
Wow, us American citizens with a brain should start worrying when young people that don't know any better adopt this kind of extreme neo-fascist ideology. Towards where are we headed?
And please, do us all a favor and take that hideous picture off your avatar. It's disturbing. :haha: |

Oh crap. A lot of americans don't know the globe. If i'm not mistaken this is the #1 cause of death in america. It seems like worthless information at first but it's fatal if you just ignore it. So buy a globe, study your continents and countries, you may just save someones life. Or at least keep people from lauging at you based on your knowledge of useless facts. Or something. I need a vacation. That Rand McNally place looks nice and sunny out there in the middle of the ocean.
This thread is stupid, and so is what everyone has posted in it. |
