I'm NOT ENGLISH, but you seem to have forgotten that sometime late in the 2nd period ENGLAND SCORED A GOAL AND IT WAS DISALLOWED.
I know you wanna believe that it was goalie interference. I just think that deciding the game by penalty kicks SUCS!!!
