I have to agree. DJ Tiesto was a god back then (especially in '04) but Tilt's Going Home Mix is fire. |

To be honest, TA wasn't even close to coining the term EDM - I think it's ridiculous. Just check this video from 1999 at the 30 second mark. It didn't originate from this video either, but it clearly says electronic dance music, which obviously can be abbreviated as EDM.

| What I meant to say was, as far as internet land goes TA was the forum that got EDM going. From what I remember PVD started the whole electronic dance music term. |
