is that the spanish or catalan way of saying it though :p One thing that confuses me so much is the different languages within spain, from basque, catalan to the different ballearics ones like Menorquin & mallorquin.
Junior Jack
Visca is Viva in Spanish o long life in English.

Basque is a germanic language. Very difficult to understand but the people in Basque Country speaks mainly Spanish than Basque. Only the 4% knows Basque.

Catalan has dialects from Valencia (from Castellón to Alicante), Illes Balears (Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera and Mallorca), North Catalonia (Perpignan or Rossellon), L'Alguer in Cerdeña and part of Aragón like Fraga for example.

Mainly I speak Spanish but Catalan is more similar than Spanish.

Liverpool didn't even deserve to lose that game, barca were very lucky not to have conceeded early on, but then again, if they had, how harder would they have playted in the second half, and liverpool may not have tried to hard.
I'm happy.

When Xabi Alonso first came to england, he said that he was taught basque first, then the basics of english, then spanish thirdly.

Fixed :p .

Euskera (Basque) is a preindoeuropean language (not related with greek, latin, germanic languages...). Very special language.

Then you have galician, similar to portuguese, astur-leonés dialects, and other dialects.

Great game. The draw will help Valencia in their quest for the title too.

Barca's defense is so this year. Oleguer and Marquez need to get sold out of the team .:whip: :whip:
noikeee
Yeah, Oleguer was making some suicidal passing at the back, and was a dumb moron to tackle like that already having seen an yellow card. Thuram was also enjoying to dribble in his own area. :wtf:

Valdes was actually handy today for a change, that save one-on-one with Horseface :eyes:
