this happened with Madonnas Die Another Day, but in the end it wasn't the tiesto remix.

Radiohead dont want to seem in anyway connected with dance music.

Which is amusing since their records have become increasingly more like dance music.

There is no way this will get a full release. Radiohead would never allow it. Oakey tried his best to get his remix of street spirit licensed for a perfecto compilation about 4 years ago but apparently Radiohead dont want to seem in anyway connected with dance music.

It was producer called wonky that remixed the version that oakenfold used to play

Back in the day when Oakie had his essential mix world tour and first began playing the street spirit remix it was listed as a Planet perfecto tune and known as an Oakie production.
The wonky version is Oakie's mix - it is just possible that either some other guy pressed up Oakie's mix or oakie used this guise to avoid legal action.

Funny thing is that if you buy radiohead singles there is usually some sort of remix of a song on the b-side (see remyxamatosis) Also they have made various dance sounding songs themselves (see idioteque, i am citizen insane)

Untrue, they loved the Hybrid remix of Everything in its Right Place.
