go Patriots!
honestly on sundays game the jets offense shot themeselves in the foot and couldn't get it done. brady played well but he's been better
the pats defense had a couple key interceptions as well |

My predictions for wild card weekend (picks made with the spread):
Rams (+4) v. Seahawks
--I would pick Seattle to win, but the Rams have their number this season.
Rams 28, Seahawks 24
Jets (+6) v. Chargers
--This game should be a close one. If the Jets have a offensive coordinator who wasn't so predictable (I was at the Jets-Seahwks game and the fans around my section pretty much predicted half of the offensive plays...that says a lot), then the Jets would win this game.
Chargers 17, Jets 14
Vikings (+5.5) v. Packers
--Anyone one remembers the Steelrs-Browns games in 2002? Steerls beat the Browns by 3 each of their three meetings (including the playoffs).
Packers 34, Vikings 31
Colts (-10) v. Broncos
--The only question I have is: Why is Vegas setting the spread only at -10? I don't see half the gamblers betting on the Broncos with just a -10 spread.
Colts 42, Broncos 17
Spread taken from the World Sports Exchange |

Being a Rams fan, I was actually pretty happy they just squeeked in there. The Rams do have the Squawks number but asking them to beat 3 times in a season is tough. Especially at Seattle. Rams have a little momentum though. Two good offenses vs. two pretty crappy defenses. Rams special teams is appalling too. Rams though aren't as big of chokers as Seattle. Seattle lack of heart is disturbing. Martz vs. Holmgren is the battle of the two worst coaches in the league.
Still, I can't go against my team this time of year.
Rams 38 > Squawks 35
Chargers 24 > Jets 17
(LT/Brees/Gates and diverity, solid D) > (C. Martin and 4 yard dink passes all day long)
Colts a lot > Denver little
Vikings? Please! Favre will get you 4 spectacular passes and 2 WTF was that interception for plays. The good will outweigh the gunslinging errors though in the end.
Pack 34 > Vikings 31 (I got to go with the same score as Verndogs because that was the result of the first two encounters. I can't disagree with ya).
Anyone love the Eagles Super Bowl chances after the last 2 weeks? It's gonna be hilarious when they don't make it again.
The NFC is pretty lame. I think all 6 teams resemble the rabbit in the National Geographic Explorer clips in which, just when you think it's squirted away the Cheetah catches it and devours the hell out of it. They are there just for play.
The real battle is Pitt/NE/Indy |

I already had a Ward jersey but I sold it on ebay after he signed it. I wanted to get a players jersey that I know for a fact will be playing for the Steelers for awhile. Im sick of buying jerseys and then watching the player become a free agent or get traded. And yes.....Big Ben is growing on me......do you blame me???;) |
