So you don't realize just how fun your region can be until you show somebody around. I've come to the conclusion that the Niagara Region in Southern Ontario Canada effin ROCKS. Here's why:
First, me and my girlfriend Katy go to this tiny little town with SO much history called Niagara on the Lake. It's full of neat little shops, horse drawn carriages, ICE CREAM, and so much more...

We actually got to ride the horse drawn carriage around for a bit. The lady doing the tour told us about this bar called the Angel Inn. It's haunted. One of the generals in the big war of 1812 was murdered in its basement. Was on the show UNSOLVED MYSTERIES. And also happens to be the oldest pub in canada. Me and Katy stop in for a pint and a glass of wine.
I later snap a pic of Katy on the steps of the old canadian parliament building.

Then, we drive to Niagara Falls and see this CHEESY store called Souvenier City with a Giant Moose out front. We had to stop for this photo op.

We then scope out the whirlpool in the niagara river, just down from the falls themselves.

We hit the Keg for a most AMAZING dinner and then hit niagara falls again to scope out the Fireworks on this very secret and private platform I know about on the rockface away from all the tourists.

We spend the rest of the night snapping goofy pictures.

I ended up falling off that bed.
Good times. Still so much more to see and do in this region.
:)
