I never said youre getting any dumber, but its quite interesting that youre a science major - as am I - and you partake in a drug that you know permanantly damages your brain. Im just saying this because I know people that have become virtually immune to E and they have to take like 5 pills at once just to feel alittle something - it just worries me, I dont want my peeps to get ed up. |

Listen, I know you're studying to be a doctor at some local college and you want to lecture me about what I'm doing, but I'm a big boy. A big boy who has more than adequately studied the potential neurotoxicity of substances I have chosen to take, particulary amphetamine derivatives. I don't dive into the pool without learning first which end is shallow and which end is deep. I also don't listen to mass media.

Vlad, no offense, but you're clearly talking about a contextual situation that you not only do not know all the details of (Composure of the pills, sociological settings of your friends who are "immune" to e, pathology of abuse, etc.) but also are backing up with scare tactics that were perpetuated by studies funded by unscrupulous sources who's agenda was not to discover the actual effects of a drug, but to promote a culture of "Saying no to drugs."
I'd be happy to pass along any and all current research I've come across regarding the Halpern studies and other current studies on the effects of MDMA... |

Its just that Ive actually seen actual CAT scans of people who over-used the drug, and its pretty nasty. See Im not into drugs, so I really dont need to do research on what I can take without screwing myself up.
Of course I have drank alcohol, but when I do, I have 2 or 3 drinks - my father was an alcoholic, so I gotta take it easy. |

i'm sure if you look at CAT scans of people that over-use anything...you're going to see something pretty nasty... |
