I just caught the tail end of Mark Oliver on OMNI News!!! OMG!! He was showing the chick who was interviewing him how to spin.
Awesome! I wish id cought the whole thing though :(
He is so cool! Whut a guy! n amazing DJ, one of my favourites! Easy in my top 10! Mark is like one of the biggest reasons i go to Guv...
to hear him open and/or close the place..... i cant describe how much i await to hear mark's set after the last headliner leaves and mark takes over on the decks until its time to shut'er down!!
Thanks Mark Oliver, you own guvernment AND Toronto... everything be a hollow shell of what it is w/o you!! |

Mark hands down is the Best Canadian DJ in my books and my absolute Fav.....he's the reason i got involved into EDM in the first place...Out of so many yrs of Guvving i've never been dissapointed by his performance....he plays for the crowd and his dedication to music and his fans is unparalleled....Plus the fact that he's so humble and down to earth and often comes down to say Hi or waves his hands for his fans speaks volumes about his personality.....We are very lucky to have a DJ like Mark amongst us....

Mark owns at VIVA and GUVERNMENT and who else could have owned a place like COMFORT ZONE and then own at a place like THIS IS LONDON which are so different and opposite from each other?:happy2:
Basically Mark can kill it at any kind of club really because he is that talented and if it wasn't for his having kids and a family I think he would have done a lot more touring overseas and would have became even more well known and had a much higer ranking then he has now on certain DJ polls and rankings althought I know people who said that people know about Mark Oliver in Hong Kong and Japan:eek: |
