| try shutting down the antivirus before you shutdown the PC. If that dosn't work, check what processes are running under task manager. |

| holy i just found 4 svchost.exe (trojans) running and my spyware remover wont get rid of it,i got aluria spyware remove,adware and spybot,how can i remove them |

LOL! Remove them if you want your computer to have more problems.

| try booting up in safe mode and then running ad-aware, sometimes it cant remove the stuff when its all of xp is running |
