A little bit before my trip to Amsterdam for Trance Energy, I started posting in NLTA. The Trance Energy thread was stickied at the top of NLTA. Now, some Armin Only event is stickied up there. |

I haven't gone for three months...I started going again yesterday.
20 situps and 40 mins on the treadmill, for starters.
I reckon a couple more weeks and I can start weightlifting again. |
