Yesterday I looked at the clock and it was 4, and I was like, "WTF? Already?" :stongue: I can finally get in on the looneyness that goes on during daytime hours. :p |
And the good thing about it is that you really look busy as well. :) |

.....not being sober. :o |

Thanks man. Yea I might be going over to Houston for my spring break instead of Ultra, to see him.. I'll know in a week or so. It's like looking into the future because, I already have high blood pressure, and for my age THAT'S too ing young. |

39? That's way too young. Hope he's ok. |

It may be a good time to consider what changes you can make for your health. |

Indeed, and you are a very active person with your stringing.
Here at work I see lots of referral forms with the diagnosis Hypertension (aka High Blood Pressure), it's something that's being taken a little too much for granted. Gotta be careful with that or you'll explode.

Thanks El.Maestro, like DA said, I'm still pretty active with my stringing (I'm getting to the point where it's 30 mins everyday), and now I'm playing basketball again at least once every week. Now I just have to eat decently. But I've made vast improvements over just a month. Last month it was 171/85+ but now I got it down to 143/80 (+/-). So I'm getting there.
But that doesn't mean I stop stringing :p |

Good to hear. FLTA wouldn't be the same without the stringing. :toocool: I wanna see those BRIGHT orange sticks, the ULTRAs, again. Who needs the sun? Just whip those puppies out. :stongue: |

One thing I've found that drops weight real fast.. I'm doing it now and I swear by it... ICE WATER. It works. I drink about 1-1.5 gal. of ice water a day now.
The benefits are many.
* Cleans out your system
* Supresses your appetite
* Your body warming up the water burns cals
* Kidneys are thrilled because they can metabolize more fat.
* All of this, in turn, speeds up your metaboism.
* Even if you stray, just keep drinking water and your body will burn it off.
Got a bowflex and it was one of the most important factors mentioned in their book about dropping weight.
I know it seems like alot of water. It's hard at first. You work up to it. But the great thing is your body will want more water. But do take precautions. Stay close to a restroom :) |
