^ I seriously hope it is neck and neck man, you said you were gonna go old school on our asses, stick to your word :)
no repeats of the ab competition!! :whip:
with your frame and current weight, you should have no problems slimming down and having a great body if you stick to your diet and workout like a fiend.
and i know we're in disagreement on this one, but at least consider doing the schedule of:
M: WORKOUT
T: OFF DAY (Abs)
W: WORKOUT
T: OFF DAY (Abs)
F: WORKOUT
S: OFF DAY (Abs)
S: REST UP
If you do your workout days with as much intensity as possible, you should have depleted your glucose in those muscle areas almost completely. It takes 100 hours to restore those levels as well as build new muscle etc...
Trust me, if I could workout twice a day and see better results, i would. However, i'm currently convinced that it's detrimental to muscle growth, and a fast ticket to burning out...
*However* i appreciate that everyone's body functions in slightly different ways...if that works for you, then i'll STFU :D

hehehe...i see your point, but i was kinda thinking that the aggressive lifting twice a day...6 days a week will be good given my current fatassness hahaha. i think it'll help while i'm in the process of losing the weight and after that i'll probably move onto a 2 days on...1 day off routine...
ps. i haven't cheated on diet yet hehehe...it's been like 5 days i think and it's on biatches hahaha...gut will be gone in about a week :p |

| hey what kinda cameras are you guys using? because i think the reason my pics turned out THAT ty is because i have a ty webcam. i mean ...i'm looking in the mirror right now and i'm a lot leaner already...so lean that i wanted to take another picture to so the progress hehehe...but i go to take it and i'm totally washed out and looking like again...i think it has to do with this bright ass light right above me :wtf:. so i know i wasn't that lean when i took those pics, but man...i think i need a new camera hehehe...what do you guys have? |

Weekly update :D
Worked out and dieted exactly as planned Monday-Friday. Went out and got really messed up Friday night, didn't eat breakfast and lunch on Saturday because I was partying from 10pm Friday - noon Saturday and then sleeping in the afternoon on Saturday, but I ended up eating pasta with broccoli and a light sauce for dinner tonight. I'm feeling pretty ty from getting so wasted so I figure I should take care of myself, plus a 500 cal meal won't even make up for dancing all night and skipping 2 meals. Tomorrow will be a healthy diet again, but unforunately I can't work out today OR tomorrow, so I have 2 off days this week. But Sunday I will at least be eating really healthy like usual and Monday I am back to the gym.
Clubbing on Friday night my pants were falling off me and my shirt looked great cause my stomach is tighter already. I feel better about myself already, and ironically, healthier from eating so little and exercising. It's amazing how you have more energy if you eat little and healthy than if you eat a lot.
Over and out... bring on the weights..... :) |
