Its important to keep on doing stuff like that to keep your muscle endurance up.. (cardio is a great substitute as well and sports)
otherwise you simply increase your power.. but your muscles get sore and tired very quickly (especially with heavy lifting)

yoga > pilates i would say..

(ive only done like 2 classes of yoga) but the difference in intensity is big

Hey, I dont have time to look at all of the posts but this is refering to the 1st one. IM IN!!

yeah, ive been trying to get in shape for 2 years now, but I never get a chance to because i get really really distracted, and i got distracted 2 whole summers and didint get to lose any weight :P. But this is it now, ima do it!

Im currently 5, 3 or 4" and I probably wigh like 160-165 right now, and my weight goal is 135 but with muscles -_^. yes im short so what, im 16!

although i really dont want to show my fat sexy body in a collage as u said, but Ill take pics when im in better shape....or ill take pictures now, and if I lose the weight, ill post some if i turn out good!

yeah, im sorta late, but its better late than never!

Ite so heres me at my largest. I started running today and im losing 10 lbs. inces off te waist look like inches on the chest ^_^

it will go oldest, old, new











now I dont have a camera any more that can pick this up...so my backs more defined than the "new" one but the main thing I wanted to show was the addition of a lat mass

For the next month I am reversing my diet (60% protein 30% carb 10% fat) and doing cardio 3x a week instead of 0 times.

gonna lose 5-10 lbs this month and focus heavily on abs, back, and chest :) (theresa harsh suggestion!)

you definatley ahave put alot of weight around your waste and your lats are huge compared to before.. good job keep up the good work. the only thing i would say you need to improve on is your rear delts maybe size em up a notch but other than that thumbs up
