For example, my goal at the end of four months will be a total weight gain of 15 – 18 pounds, more definition than I currently have, larger chest, peakier biceps, more back definition, larger legs overall and lower abdomen definition.

If this idea sounds great in theory, but you think you’ll puss out halfway through or something, then just sit back with your pint of Ben and Jerry’s and give up now.

With a good body, especially during the summer months, you are a more energetic, happier person in general; any sacrifices in diet and comfort are well worth it.

There will be two categories, most improved male and most improved female.

Don’t be a , join in.

This contest starts March 1st.

more than half of those people already have posted chief ;) I know you start to sweat like a ****** eating a hot dog whenever you read the words "working out" but there is and has been a thread devoted to it.

i think I might be able to gain 20 lbs in 4 months if I bulk up my legs A LOT. I have some college athlete friends ill be working out with for the next 3 months too, so should be good! Also im gonna stop eating 1700 calories a day and spike it again :D
