| cell's are allowed in the classroom in georgia but supposedly their is a rule in the handbook that states if it's for emergency use. well i'm sorry but his mother calling from iraq is an emergency and that teacher should have respected that. IT WAS HIS MOM IN IRAQ!!! |

bah he got suspended. i dont see the big deal.. u answer the phone.. when ur not supposed to... u get penalized i dont see what the big drama is..... take the penalty for wut u did... plus its a 10 day suspension on like wut.. the last day of school... that kid needs to stfu and stop making everything a big deal ..

Explain to me how a phone call from his mother in iraq is an emergency.
I did not read the article, but it doesnt even say what she does. She could be a ing cook. Even if she isn't, I'm sure it was no emergency. It's not like she was underfire, and is going to call her son.
You automatically assume that someone in the military, doing their job, in iraq, is in an emergency situation. Well thats not the case in the least. You keep stating "IN IRAQ" like that means something. Like "OMFG IT WAS HIS MOM....IN IRAQWZ!!!!" She's just doing her ing job. I am a 90% chance that she was in no danger whatsoever at the time she made the phone call. At best she might have been endangering some civilians or something. Iraq isnt some magical war zone. Man, troops have to go OUT of their way to get in any sort of danger.
EDIT: Pfff, I started typing this way before you yan. I'm not going to delete it now, even though I just stated the same fact as you about ten times over... I need to learn to control myself. |
