What does the ****** think coffee is supposed to be? Cold? No, he would have bitched to them if he got a cold coffee too. Hell, he might have even sold them for false advertising.
I'm sick of seeing lazy s try to sue big corporations for nothing. I 'd like to see the companies turn that around. How about McDonalds sues a couple million fat s for slander, when they blame their weight on a their company. When its obvious that how much they buy is up to them, and how little they excersize is up to them etc.
Man, dont even get me started on that finger/chili bull. |

Yep, the teacher deserved the profanity along with a kick in the junk. The kid told him it was his mom in Iraq. Even if I were the teacher & didnt know the situation or didnt believe him at the moment, I would have chilled out after learning it really was his mom in Iraq & it could possibly be the last time he talked to her.
The kid probably had his phone on but on silent to make sure he has a chance to speak with his mother since her schedual is way different then his being 9 hours ahead. Also being in a war zone & the mother not always being able to get to a phone. So when she called he had to pick it up. |

Im not saying the teacher needs a beat down. Just since now the teacher fully realizes the situation the kid is in & still suspends him 10 days, i say give him a short but swift kick in the junk. Just something to make him crouch in pain a minute or two.:p |

It's understandable that he'd want to talk to his mum, I know I would. But there are ways of going about it, and going off on one and shouting at teachers isn't one of them. |

Wait a minute, nobody has explained to me what situation this kid or his mother was in, and why it should let him not be punished.
I'd also like an explanation as to how this is so much more important than everyday phonecall , like oh i'm not going to be home until blah blah blah I locked my keys in blah blah blah I got my thing stuck in blah blah blah I tested positive for blah blah blah.
