| i didnt really wanna get into this one but now i am. I remember him in 2000 no one could touch but now i think he can mix pretty goood. Everyone has their share of trainwrecks but overall hes a good dj. I gotta give him that plus his live mix at energy 2000 was the fuken . Thats what i remeber about trance |

I've heard a lot of them and almost all of them sucked. Don't assume that because I don't like him it's because I havn't heard track X or listened to set X.

You sound jealous. Either that or your on the bandwagon of people that hate Tiesto just because it is the "cool" thing to do. It takes opposition to make something different, but you still got to respect what the difference is opposeing off of, and bottom line, there are tons of live sets out there that Tiesto has mixed perfectly, but of course you are never going to hear about those sets because it is expected...people like you just take that for granted.

I laugh at you if you pay £15 to get into a club £3 for each drink and then all you do is analyse the dj and his performance.

He's right. Tiesto produces original tracks for the sole purpose of playing them himself and for the crowd to enjoy his productions. Therefore, his productions are part of his dj'ing just as much as Sasha's, Fatboy Slim's, Armin's, or anyone else. |

that survey thing was great, good sense of humour :crazy:
its all bout opinions, i dont like tiesto as a dj, purley cus i dont think he is good at mixin and his track selection is pretty e, theres only so many times i can hear traffic and adajio in one set. disney land seemed like a mixture of his gereldome 05 set, combined wit his two albums!
but as a producer he is easily a legend, i appreciate him for his music he produces and the way he has steered trance music. |

Here's some advice, go find a real party, one that you don't wear a cowboy hat to, one that doesn't play sandstorm or allice deejay. Listen to a real DJ, then form an opinion. I've heard tiesto twice, he's allright, but he doesn't deserve the number 1 spot.
Btw, Go yourself. It as close as you'll ever get to having sex. |

and if you're the #1 dj in the damn world, you shouldn't have "bad" sets. you're mixing should be flawless. it's his damn job, and if i'm gonna pay money to see him, i don't wanna pay to hear trainwrecks. if you went to work and did your job half-ass, you'd be fired, not made CEO. (that's if you're old enough to actually legally work) |
