downloading this now... very curious to check it out.. I have only ever heard a live pa and 1 dj set from Tom Hades before - he has a promo mix on his site under the 'pictures' section.

Tom Hades - 2005 promo mix

I haven't been buying as much of his stuff lately, but his Rhythm Convert release a few months back is still on rotation!

lately i've been listenin' to vigorito's stuff from back 2002 (tracks only, no sets) and quite frankly that's the kind of techno i enjoy
Skipper
I'm really listening to this 3hr set and I'm just so impressed at how well its programmed! the more melodic bits are played out so well. (ie at 1hr 9 mins and the salsa like track at 1hr1min with the vocal)

I think I have a lot of these tracks - I just can't think of what they are. Lots of carola and parisio tracks, I know that much!

That's right around when they drop Joey Beltram's Slice on Bush! *loooove* that tune.

I really liked the set as well.. the 3 deck action is really evident.. I remember grinning when I heard they were bringing back Seven A - Henrik B about halfway through the set!
- since dropping it so early on was a pleasant surprise in the first place

Taha - I liked Vigorito's stuff from around that time.. I have picked up some releases on Orion etc since then, but it never seems to match the feeling I get when listening to Imaginary Boy
:)

recent orion stuff its really good. too bad vigorito is stuck at the moment on the "we all playing minimal" stage. i just heard a set from him and its all minimal minimal minimal. :S same with beyer (just listen to his fabric cd) but bayer takes out some nice stuff. not boring :P

lol...vigorito is definitely not doing it for me at the moment either. I love Imaginary Boy Kate!

I found vigorito got in a phase where he was just over producing, like Philipe and Niklas Baucher (can't remember the exact names) are veering into, and possibly eric sneo soon...just so many records sounding the same.

Can anyone ID 1hr2mins?

ya those Titanium boys (Felipe & N. Baucher) have been releasing a bunch in the last couple of years.. I haven't bought anything recent though.. last one I got was probably that one with C.I.A and the Skoog remix.

When I think of a producer who has a new release out every week, the first name that comes to my mind is WJH! :tongue2

live from Croatia I think.

lol yeah henze releases like 100 vinyl a year. and he´s a hit or miss, cause he will realase a crappy sounding release one week and then the next week he releases a banging track the next week. i like his stiyle mostly because he doesnt get much into trends, most of his releases are banging techno, and very few electro based tracks with other artists.

for some reason till now i have not liked a felipe & nicolas bacher release. the only ones i like from them are the remixes others do for them.

what about Daniel Jacques ?
