ya that set is not funky really.. I had only heard a bit of it at that point, I have heard others moreso. I wonder if he will ever play a set without dropping 'clap your hands every-bo-bo-bo-dy'.. hehe
One brazilian though worth checking who plays some groovy ass techno is Dj Snoop! he has sets hosted on technopride.net |

I remember before Preach went on his Brazilian tour last year, we had talked about Murphy and he was going to be playing with him at a few parties I think.. anyway, it's on my old HD and I don't have it anymore, but at one point during Murphy's set, Preach filmed him scratching like a mofo for a full 3 minutes or so and sent me the clip.. hehe.. it was fun to watch! :) - i should ask for it again
Admittedely though, while I think it's a welcome element to his sets, he does tend to overdue it a bit IMO. wish I could scratch like him though. :D |

The carl cox sets I have - one from Romania and one from Shockers (also a kickass Beyer set floating around from the same party) are both linked on livesets in the techno forum. |

I like how he scratches to mix things up, but agreed, a bit overdone sometimes. I liked the amt of scratching Dave did at guv. And on CDs! |
