Indeed, so is torture, summary execution, and systemic oppression, however, the US has a constitution that does not allow such things.
Now, I wasn't there so I can't speak to the validity of the claims being made, however, if those that can be seen being beaten - very clearly - in the video clip were not directly and physically threatening the safety of the officer involved then the beating may be uncalled for.... that's all. |

See that's exactly what I meant by saying they have no case against the officers because the camera only goes to the people "being beaten" after they are already on the ground and surrounded. Therefore, you have no idea what these people did prior to the officer's attack. Meaning there's no concrete evidence and it's one person's word against another's... |

Plus the "victim" happens to be a depraved drug addict that was attending one of those horrible evil raves.... Of course the police had to beat him, he was probably masturbating while doing lines of coke off an AK-47 he had just used to pull a drive-by shooting at a nursery school full of children that were the products of his serial rapes that follow every time he goes to a rave. Not very creditable compared to a god fearing police officer.
All kidding aside, you're right the tape is not good evidence. |

lol...yeah I'm not necessarily disageeing with you or saying that the person SHOULD have been beaten...it's just that we don't know what happened before. Could have been anything... :( could have been nothing :( |
