i love it when ppl dance all around randomly and not staring at the dj' i think i makes it feel more like a party. and also gonna agree about the cell phone thing,,,,, who gives a flying ? if someone u cant hear talking on their phone bothers you i think you dont have a chance of enjoying yourself in the first place.

8. Dont offer random drugs at the urinal please.

Sorry about that Petty, I thought you were into that, I'll remember not to do it next time.

As for dancing in a circle, if a track comes on that I like, I like sharing the moment with my friends, and if I have to turn around and dance facing them I'm going to do it.

has NOTHING TO do with that. If a Dj is gonna get all upset cause some douche holds up some sign requesting Celine Dion then thats THEIR own problem . Are dj's a bunch of wusses or something? of course not...

Jay...stfu already with your bitching about everything :happy2:

OK... I understand there are annoyances out there when it comes to etiquette in a club, and I agree with most listed above - but...

Dont dance in circles with your friends??

Dont use your cellphone??

COME ON... what else can u ppl seriously complain about.

Really.

Well said girl, WELL SAID! Yea, who the really cares. Dont be extreme... chillax and dont let urself get so bothered by small that really you dont need to be getting all hot about!

I personally dance in circles or facing away from the DJ for awhile bc i wanna freakin interact w/ my friends and fellow TAs. It makes the party better, sharing your vibe with your friends... its harder to do that when all they see is the back of your freaking head. Dont get mad at me bc im not facing forward!

I can.

Personally, I dont care if some moron is screaming into his cellphone. It's actually quite comical.

BUT...this of the person on the end who is like, "why is this idiot calling me from inside a club"
Also, half of the time, these morons will push you out of the way in a frantic attempt to get to the corner thinking its gonna magicly be quiet there.

two words that were said before:

Rule 8b - The DJ is not God, pay your respect by bustin a move, not by bowing down in worship to him. Dance in circles, face the crowd, no one cares except for the DJ fanboys who want your spot for a better view of the DJ (so exciting *eyes rolling*).

When did it become cool to treat DJs like rock bands and just sit front-center chanting and waving instead of doing what your supposed to do while listening to Dance music and um... dance? That's what a DJ wants to see anyway, not a bunch of cheering fanboys, they want to see the dancefloor jumpin' and shakin' and jammin' to the groove.

exactly -

The DJ is not there to "suck our dicks" - he's there to "stick it to the decks"

The DJ doesn't "need more whores" - he's need us to "wreck it on the floors"

QUOTE THAT !

P.S. I do agree with many of the aforementioned rules in this thread - my number one you ask??

IF YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR NOT DANCING - THEN MOVE

- and don't give me dirty looks when I am busting it out on the dancefloor - if you paid ATTENTION to your surroundings you wouldn't walk into me when I am in a TRANCE!!! - Most people look both ways before they cross a street - same rules should apply on the dancefloor -

HUMAN TRAFFIC PEOPLE??? - WTF!!!

the lights sometimes you up - that much is true - but you still can see where you are going - dont walk THROUGH me walk AROUND me - not INTO me so that you can be PISSED at me when ya get whacked by accident - I WAS THERE FIRST ANYWAYS!!! sheesh......anyways

thanks for coming out - have a nice day!

WIKKID WIKKID BRING IT UP BRING IT UP!!!!
