There are no taxes, but if ur an american for example, The American Government still has the right to tax you internationally. The blue collared workers here live very lives as there is no minimum wage. Lets just say the rich here are damn rich and the poor here are damn poor. A freind of mine stayed in the 7 star hotel, and I got to check his room out. It was f**ing sick. Dubai is losing its culture in my opinion, but its still a fantasic place to live. You cannot buy property everywhere, only in designated projects for expatriates. A city with a very multicultural feeling, so calm down whoever was asking about militant muslims, wtf is wrong with ur ignorance man. I go to an American School here and alot of my friends here are American, so calm the f* down. I missed buuren here last month, sasha is here december 15, saw Tiesto here in October, and Ferry at the end of August. The begining of the year Oaky and PVD were here. Sander K was here with Tiesto. Christopher Lawrence just here last 2 weeks ago. What may seem like an insignificant spot in the desert to most is actually a city with a booming trance scene. |
yo man... I would love to go to your country and pimp it!!!
it's sick!!! I knew someone who had a business there. If my project takes off, I will likely launch our service there...We would bring the trance experience to the next level...respect and prosperity dude!! |

yea why would u?? i mean..u do have the best health care system in the world where u wait for a minimum of 9 hours in the waiting room to get attended to in in the ER even if uve got heart issues but if u have health insurance u get preference immediately while the govt. keeps increasing the ammount u pay for OHIP with the claims that u get ur health taken care of...sure...im gonna go to use my ohip when i have a sore throat:rolleyes:
theres good and bad in every country
and DJ Damerchi,
i dunno what the is wrong with u but there ARE 3 classes of people there, the rich, the middle class and the others (not stating what kind cos i cant think of a category name now). we lived there for 17 years, we werent rich, nor did we have money to flaunt, yet we lived a rather nice life there. Its people like u that give people here the impression that unless they are white or from a rich family there, that they get treated like . |

there's many classes (casts) actually, this is no joke, in order of importance:
Emirati
North American
European
Arabic
Indian
Pakistani
the rest.
never with some one in the upper cast, or you're deported in 48h :) |

| El Kay Dee...sorry i gave the wrong impression, but u know the point I was trying to get across. You remember the conditions of the labour workers right? that is f'd up. but yeh, I was just trying to emphasize that fact, not denying a middle class. Im saying, skilled workers get payed more here relatively speaking to economies of north america and europe, and blue collared workers get payed alot less. In no way am I saying that white people are above everyone, I mean, if ur gunna look at it race by race, Emaratis themesleves are drowning in their own cash. Lol...tru if you mess around with the wrong Emarati, ur ass is out of the country. Dont mess around with drugs here also. 4 years sentence for possesion. |

well if u lived over there and over here in N. America, i can tell u that there is alot of disguised poverty here. alot of people live just getting thru the week with all the taxes and loads of other expenses.
its equal here and there, just a different external look |

lol...have u ever been to the middle east?
well in schools in the UAE, we were taught that it was the Arabian Gulf adn that the previous name was Persian gulf.
it IS known as the 2. its just that the Iranis dislike the name change and are persistant on keeping the name related to them (as for which country actually has diplomatic power over those waters, i dont know) |
