Dubai was a booming city and much different (vision wise) when compared to the other cities (more or less the whole region) from the get go. But I guess each to their own. |

cmon face it...dubai was never as green as auh or al ain until recently when they realized that they HAD to do something to make some money and introduced the DSF, etc etc and then became world reknowned..
