It's as dumb as all those people going to see the pope because he made somebody a saint or because he saw the holy virgin or something. |
exactly. but nowadays christians don't blow up themselves for the cause of religion. sometime ago they did (not blow up, but sacrifice life), but not today, thank god. |

yes, i see a picture, and then i hear about another ten suicide bombings, and then i draw a connection. i guess, for you to draw a connection, you need to wait until you are blasted into pieces...
answer this:
1. nowadays, do you hear of any other acts of religious extremism involving human death coming from other than islam?
2. by looking at the picture, do you agree that most of those people are religious fanatics?
3. so what do you link 9/11 to? just random acts of random people being pissed off about america? |
|

YES, there are protestant catholic battles all the time around ireland. Also a lot of people believe the iraq war was based off religion.

No, my definition of fanatic is a lil different than yours. I know peopel that have made that trip, and I know of christians that have traveled to bethlaham and its areas to walk in the footsteps of christ. I see people believing in a religion, not fanatics.

Its not random, the us has had their hand in a lot of business they should have avoided in the past, they are pissed about that. I am sure you would also be pissed at the US if you were in their shoes. |

I watched Farenheit 9/11 (i know, it's VERY VERY biased) yesterday and I started understanding the whole incident from political and financial views.
With all this analysis, I still think it was more about showing their disgust with western civilization such as ethics and morality. |
