Werd eh immer wieder ne Fotorunde drehen, Tube & Berger werd ich mir anhören und sonst mal sehen. Leute am Partysan und Stylecharts Stand suchen... *lol* |

Review 'Ruhr-in-Love 2006:
Here we go with the review to 'Ruhr-in-Love 2006'. I am writing this in English because I don't want to translate / re-trype everything in German (yeah, I am tooo lazy LOL)
My little journey to Oberhausen started yesterday at 12:30. Took the car directly from my boo to go there. At 14:15 I arrived at Olga Park (had to take the shuttle bus from the parking space to the party area) where I met 2 friends of mine (Daniel and Roland + 2 other friends of them). The weather was soo nice and the event was already quite crowded. First thing I noticed was the volume of the music: I have been to Mayday and some other bigger events, none of the them was THAT lound! I just blew me away. I really had to make myself comfortable with that and the heavy bass (especially on the Hard Techno floor).
First we went off to some Electro floor... danced ther for some minutes and went off to some Electro House / Pumping Club House floor - music was really amazing and we've been dancing there for more than 1 hour. During that time Daniel and I went to Acid Wars floor... Man At Arms started DJing. Bass and music was far too heavy for me, so I went back to that other floor. Also had a short listen to Chris Liebing, but floor was too crowded so went to an Electro & Minimal floor - the DJs played really amazing tracks. One of them was a really Electro stylish Remix of 'Robbie Williams - Tripping' (you can listen to it on the video). ... we changed the floors quite often. Didn't listen to special DJs, were just looking for some good music. Really really nice was also the Gay floor. We stayed there for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. I've partly been the only one dancing - and people looked at me like I am mad LOL. It was GREAT fun. DJ on the Gayfloor did some live Vocals to some really hot House beats (you can also listen to that on the video). We also went to the Tunnel Trance Force Floor. Music was reallly the best there. The DJ (of what I heard) started off with Tiësto - Adagio For Strings (I think it was Fred Baker Remix) and went on with one of my favorite tunes: Conjure One Feat. Sinéad O'Connor - Tears From The Moon (Tiësto In Search Of Sunrise Remix). I just didn't know where to put all that energy I felt during that track - I totally lost control of myself and screamed as loud as I could. Closed my eyes and started flying... as I opened my eyes I noticed that I had a LOT of space around me LOL. It was AMAZING!
After that I had to go home... I didn't have any power left to dance. So I said goodbye to my friends and the other people and went home... arrived there at 21:10. Noticed that I had a really heavy sunstroke and sunburn. Especially my neck is heavily burned!
Résumé: Really amazing party - will be there next year! |

War doch leicht überrascht, als Bloodflower vor mir stand "Du bist doch Jessy, oder?" :D
Wer waren noch gleich die anderen?
Ich find die Ruhr in Love ja jedesmal wieder gut :) . Schon ganz lustig, wen man da so alles trifft.
Nur war auf dieser tollen Leinwand nicht wirklich viel zu erkennen. |
