When I talk to older people about the scene, like allnitefreak, for example, I am so damn jealous, it's incredible. Let's continue making history guys...This thing called EDM is just too precious to let it fade away...I think everyone here can agree with me on that. |

I went to 90% of ALL Preach resident nights, WHEE!
I went to 90% of Sander AND Satoshi residency nights, WHEE!
Oh a comment about JF's statement, I'd say Stereo is more 50-60% gay on Saturdays and probably 25-30% on Fridays. A few things is definitely true, like the fact Stereo IS much smaller and thus packs easily compared to Aria. Also for everyone saying that Aria should close their Hip Hop, you're really ignorant, I know people that have been going to Aria for ages and even though the Main room is dwindling in populiarty its Hip Hop is still normally packed.. --> revenue.
Aria needs to find a niche market, which is really hard to do in the afterhour scene. People that go week in and week out, AND PAY.. I've personally dished out THOUSANDS of dollars to both Stereo and Aria... I'm not even considering the people I've indirectly influenced into going that aren't whores that must have free entry. |

| Lots of people, especially in Montreal expect free entry like it's a god given right. I've received my share of discounts and guestlist, but I've also paid my dues and I'll go out whether or not I have to pay because I enjoy supporting the clubs I attend. |

I'd rather pay to get into Stereo or Aria. If I go to a regular club, I for sure do not want to pay to get in. |
