Serieusement. Je travail 10h chaque journee pendant la semaine; il y a aucune chance que je peux danser tout la nuit et matin avec seulement le redbull.
Back on topic, I got my introduction to Montreal afterhours at Aria back when visiting in 2003. It was Hybrid with a snowstorm outside, and one of, if not the best clubbing nights I've had in my entire life. If Aria is having difficulties I sure hope they get resolved because I absolutely love the place. |

yeah, i think ur right about the ghetto thing. A lot of my friends wont come to aria with me even tho their favorite dj international is spinning because they feel (or perceive) that it's very ghetto and nasty. Perception is a big part of the product. Change the ppl's perception and aria will be back to where it was back in the day. |

yep unfortunately, it's hard to turn those people away when they're giving u so much money. it's a hard call, will cleaning the place up lose them money at first? but then get a better, classier crowd in....which in turn will make more money? |

The root of all these problems seem to be the hiphop room.
1) Turn ARIA into a 10-5 club. (I may get flamed for this)
2) Get rid of the ing hiphop room and get a liquor license. Make the hiphop room into a bar.
3) Put a huge neon sign outside that says ARIA.
4) Rejuvinate the techno room... colors... SOMETHING...
5) DONT LET PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP AT 2 WAIT TILL 240 TO ENTER... KINDA OF A BUMMER...
all my 2cents... ARIA has my money nonetheless... |

im still waiting for an afterhours to bring back the juice/smart drink bar concept like we used to see everywhere.Its the small things like this that help build a better clientele.I miss the cigarette girls at Stereo already.
ps the hip hop room is probably the only reason Aria is still open.
Its the House room that is struggling. |
