Brazil isn't the team that they once were :( :( :(

ronaldo and adriano were both non-existent for brazil and croatia played a strong match. they were very well organised and if it hadn't been for some wasteful finishing, they might have come away with a point or even all three.

on the basis of that performance by croatia, japan stands little to no chance of beating them on sunday.

i cant beleive im saying this, but i havta actually agree with u liverpoolKUM....

croatia had a golden opportunity to take the game or @ the least tie it and send it in2 extra minutes....

regardless it was probably the most interesting game of the 1st round

what the is your problem? you have a big mouth.

and the world cup is still in the group phase. there is no extra time in the event 2 teams are level at full-time.

Hey liverpoolken, do you live in Riverside? Or do you just stay there from time to time? I live in Corona, there are a few TA's in the IE.

This co-worker of mine is German/Polish. I thought that was funny.

i was surprized to see how old the brazilian team was. i watch soccer from cup to cup (euro, world or whenever espn shows) and i knew many in the brazilian team. i doubt they can survive against young strong team. they should have given more chance to younger players.

i liked the new ball, it looks slick and lighter.

I grew up in Riverside, but live in San Diego now. Part of my family lives in Riverside still so I sort of have an 'home base' there, but I try to avoid Riverside as much as I can for obvious reasons! :D

Corona is nicer though . . .
