Dude you'll defend Israel to the depths, let me point something out to you.
Israel is sitting on a cushion right now, the airforceless/navyless Lebanon is stranded and an easy target for such a huge response, Palestine is in the same boat to be taken advantage of by the economicaly/militarily powerful Israel, therefore 2 of the closest agressors of Israel are out of the picture...
My HEINOUS comments were justified, in that an all out military response was not needed for the number of casualities/captured involved, Israel has crack special forces/intelligence agents and I highly doubt the all out navy/airforce/ground troop response was nessecary, Israel is employing it's usual bully tactics to show who has the bigger dick in the region. Riddle me this beno, what will happen if and when those soldiers end up in Iran? Will Israel try and send troops through Syria/Jordan or through Iraq and Kuwait? Will they fly over a US warzone's airspace in Iraq? Or I daresay over Saudi Arabia? Maybe they'll send boats through the dessert? Or an army? My heinous comment was in regards to the fact that Israel is a bully to the defenseless countries surrounding it, if Iran gets involved Israel will be in BIG BIG trouble and you wont see anymore Israeli dominance.
I am against what the Hezballah did, dont get me wrong, it was an act of war seeing as how Hezballah is part of the lebanese "government", that being said an all out Beirut bombing was not in order, 8 Israeli SOLDIERS were killed, 2 captured, and how many innocent Lebanese have been screwed over because of this? Come on man, that isnt justified and I dont care where you hail from. Nor is there any justification in Hezballah shooting rockets at innocent Israelis/ making demands for the release of prisoners.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, the only way these silly wars/skirmishes will end is when Pakistan drops a nuke on Tel Aviv. AND I KNOW THAT SOUNDS AWFUL AND I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING LIKE THAT TO HAPPEN! BUT, it's true, the conflict wont end until ISRAEL is gone, not any other country in the region. Again, I believe the Israeli/Jewish people need a place to call home, I truly do, my comments are in NO WAY racist or bias, it's just the only way it will end with a feud like this that roots so far back in time. |

im palestinian and i think they should just nuke the whole region and umm start from scratch !!! let the smart people that believe that we can live together in peace and harmony without having religion (as a scapegoat to go around killing each other as a excuse)

yeah they will look up the antebbe situation in the 70s. they went to africa to retrieve the israely citizens as well as french german and greek citizens. Bibi netenyahu the former prime minister own brother died in that mission showing that israel will go to the depth of the world to protect its citizens. When israel protects itself its the aggressor but when jihadist try to destroy infrastracture there just millitia '' freedom'' fighters
how dare you call a israel a aggressor when you think the only solution is to wipe israel of the map from a pakistani nuke. Jews and arabs can live peacefully its happened in morroco for centuries . I long for the day that israeli and palestinians can live peacfully but in the mean while Israel wont stand passive and watch its 5 million ppl population get decimated by its neigbours who are vastly more populated then israel |

Err sorry bro, the reason it works in Morocco is because its under one government not competing governments.
You could compare Montreal/Toronto/New York City to Israel Palestine if you went down that path, and its an unfair comparisson.
I didnt intend my hypothesis of Pakistan dropping a nuke on Tel Aviv to be looked on as a "solution" and dont say "how dare you" to me because I specifically stated I was not bias or racist in the matter, so if you're going to read between the lines of my post then our debate is over.
I consider Israel to be an agressor not because they make the first attack but because they use their OVERWHELMINGLY SUPERIOR military might for bullying purposes and not for strictly defense, its like a kid that knows karate against the fat older kid who tries to steal his lunch money, the fat kid gets his ass kicked, which is understandable but if the karate kid keeps kicking his ass over and over the fat kid isnt going to learn a lesson he's just going to keep getting more and more pissed until he does something out of desperation.
It is important that Israel defends itself, especially after the atrocities comitted against the jewish people in WWII, I respect their need for a mighty army and their desires to defend themselves, we all know they CAN defend themselves, we saw this in the 6 day war.
My entire premise is that Israel is currently using bully/superiority tactics to scare the out of everyone, and like usual most people get scared but a select few decide to fight back through unsavory means known as militia/terror. |

i do see you point in the saying the israel is over aggresive but the attacks from militia are constant and pre date any form of israel army gong all the way back to 1936??(hebron massacre scandle).
the day israel was formed before having time to do anything they were attacked by close to every single surounding coutry at the same time. unfortunately hizballah is not the fat kid with low self esteem who picks on others and learns his lesson. Hizballah and Hamas are the older sex offenders/creeps who wont stop picking on the children till their in i a prison getting all the help they can get. Israel has choosen to shown restraint before and has had sucesful prisoner swaps but after they have sucsess once ,they ty to capture more and more israelies. Give the terrorist a finger and they want your whole hand the next.
btw goverment has nothing to do with getting along between two people so morroco is a perfect example.
libya ,tunisia,iraq ,afghanistan,egypt are all countries that use to have jewish population till things started getting out of hand and it was too dangerous to say.
same thing is happening in france now that why most french jews are fleeing to quebec , florida and israel.
and yet they didnt have competing goverments.
as anyone can see middle eastern politics is a very very elaborate and and complicated subject
Like Marcus and Epi said before if anyone wants to learn more or express their opinion we really should have a little T.A meet up in person at a narguilah bar . Its much better platform for discusion then internet hopefully this thread will be a catalyst for those interested in the history and possible futures regarding the situation in the middle east.
as for that if anyone has any questions about israel , its history and actions feel free to post you questions or answers for that fact |

nuking the whole region, well those of you who are muslim might know thats one of the last signs, "a huge whole in the Middle East"... but that would be a pitty, that would just show how unhuman we are. then lets just kill ourselves with guns and let animals and plants live, coz this is just sick.
Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, Irak, Iran, N. Corea (out of this but lauching ) are all in a very volatile situation, and nobody seems to care about it... if we cared we wouldnt fight. what the is wrong with us?
India that has just suffered a terrorist attack said that if if we want peace the last thing to do is to fight. All this scares the out of me, and the only thing i know for sure is that our discussion is not helping that much...

| the whole deal is just a big mess. look at this thread. we don't even live there, or have any real say in the matter, and we can't stop discussing (but feels like arguing forever) about which side is which. if the two countries were left on there own, do you think they would continue to hate and kill eachother? or is it the influence of other things that makes the number of deaths just a number. religion=battling, maybe. they were fighting before, but now with money and power getting involved, it seems like that is what has elevated the issue to the extreme that it's at. |
